Abstract: Increasing numbers of users across the world are increasingly wedded to their electronic devices, particularly portable electronic devices such as laptops, netbooks, portable gaming machines, smartphones or more generally cellphones. Accordingly the present invention provides a unit for charging mobile devices, comprising at least one lockable compartment, at least two charge points for connection of a device to the unit in order to allow charging, a canopy, and power supply.
