  • Patent number: 6338721
Abstract: The vibrator includes a selectively powered vibrating casing, on which an arch is mounted, the combination of the arch with the casing forming a closed loop. A resilient and flexible strap extends through the loop thus created, the strap being bored at its two end portions and being engaged by the two arms of the arcuate arch. The strap is slidable along the two arms of the arch, so that its position be adjustable relative to both the vibrating casing and the upper web of the arch itself.

  • Patent number: 4539914
Abstract: This multi-level stand is particularly adapted to make a multi-layer cake presentation, such as a conventional wedding cake, but at lower cost. The multi-level stands according to the present invention comprise overlying shelves of different sizes to put individual layers of cakes on them, connections between the shelves to allow changing the order of the shelves and to pivotally connect decorative arms for each shelf, and a positioning mechanism connected to the connections between the shelves and constructed and arranged to selectively pivot the decorative arms to allow access on the shelves to insert or remove the layers of cakes.

  • Patent number: 4538415
Abstract: This potential energy accumulating system is of the type adapted to harness multiple sources of energy, including those of non-variable input such as from fuel and those of variable input, such as from the wind, the sun, the geothermal steam, animal power or the water. The system is characterized by being made to reduce the effect of the variable input of such sources of energy by stocking the same in the form of potential energy, releasable under kinetic form, and by being compatible to be coupled to and driven by any kind or number of machines operated by variable and non-variable energy sources. This system includes a closed circuit arrangement to use and accumulate the potential energy of relatively heavy balls or bodies of water, and to mechanically regulate the output so as to compensate the variations in the energy input.

  • Patent number: 4440324
Abstract: A dispensing gun of the type holding a cartridge to push a substance out of it and characterized by using a longitudinally arc-shaped cartridge for a more compact operation and construction, by conveniently using a wheel drive to provide improved leverage or multiplication of the force deployed by the user, and by providing more steady piston pressure and dispensing an effortless retraction of the piston under spring action. This dispensing gun includes a longitudinally arc-shaped cartridge chamber, a piston with a similarly arc-shaped piston rod, a pawl and ratchet assembly to provide stepwise advance of the piston, a hand-controlled actuation assembly connected to the ratchet wheel and piston to push the piston against the movable bottom of the cartridge, and a spring to retract the piston upon release of the pawl and ratchet assembly.
