Abstract: An apparatus for mounting a drapery including a mounting bracket, a track having an upper mounting portion and a lower engagement portion, wherein the upper mounting portion complementarily engages the mounting bracket, and a drapery securing means having an upper engagement portion and a lower securing portion, wherein the upper engagement portion slidably engages the lower engagement portion of the track and the lower securing portion releasably engages the drapery.

Abstract: A drapery rod assembly adapted to be secured to a substantially planar surface comprising a right bracket and a left bracket. The right bracket includes a substantially gamma shaped wall portion having a slot, a mounting plate that is operatively arranged to be mounted to the surface. The mounting plate is operatively arranged to complementarily engage the slot and hold the wall portion. A substantially J-shaped extension portion that extends outward from the wall portion and terminates in a rod attachment end arranged perpendicularly with respect to the mounting plate and in parallel spaced apart relation to the surface. The left bracket is an enantiomer of the right bracket. A first and second rod, each rod includes a proximate and distal end. The distal end of the first rod is releasably engaged with the left bracket, and the distal end of the second rod is releasably engaged with the right bracket.

Abstract: A drapery holdback device comprising a flexible body having a first ply and a second ply, the body having a first end and a second end, a first magnet fixedly secured between the first and second plies proximate the first end, and a second magnet fixedly secured between the first and second plies proximate the second end where the flexible body is adapted to wrap about a drape and where the first magnet is magnetically engaged to the second magnet through a thickness of the drape.
