Abstract: Methods of increasing or enhancing the efficacy of CAR B cell malignancy treatment regimens using immune effector cells (e.g., T cells, NK cells, CIK cells, macrophages) engineered to express chimeric antigen receptors (CAR(s)) that target malignant B cells in combination with antibodies (e.g., monoclonal antibodies, antibody-drug conjugates) that target malignant B cells are provided. Also provided are methods of treating a B cell malignancy in a subject comprising administering to the subject a CAR B cell malignancy treatment regimen and an antibody that targets malignant B cells.

More specifically the invention relates to site directed radio therapy, and provides a method for production of radioconjugates and an apparatus for radioimmunotherapy. The method, conjugates and apparatus can be practicalized without the need for radioactive shielding and/or airtight facilities. Without these restrictions the invention provides a simple and efficient means of therapy at the bed-side of the patient.

Abstract: The present invention relates to the use of Actinium or one of its daughters in radioimmunotherapy. Also provided are immunoconjugates comprising an isotope, a chelating agent and a slowly localizing antibody. The invention also includes pharmaceutical compositions comprising said immunoconjugates, as well as such compositions comprising one or more scavenging agents. The compositions according to the invention are particularly useful for the treatment of micrometastases in adjuvant therapy, as well as for treatment of localized tumors.
