Abstract: The invention regards a process for manufacturing a bicycle saddle, which provides a central through channel as well as a hull with a through hole (4?); a polyurethane layer and a liner. By means of this process it is possible to make sure that, unlike the saddles of the state of the art, said central through channel is completely devoid of the edge present around the aforementioned, with significant advantages from both an aesthetic and functional point of view for the user.
