Abstract: A palletizing device for container packs including a structure and a loading surface of the packs with side-by-side parallel rollers mounted on mobile frames with a freely rotation. Two side parts are movable from a closed position to an open position, and reversely. When a locking system of the rollers with a locking means with a cart with a locker mobile from a folded position to an unfolded position, and reversely, is in the unfolded position, the locker is blocking the freely rotation of the rollers, and the locking system has a fixed locking actuator cooperating with the locking actuator to move the locker from the folded position to the unfolded position to lock the rollers of the two sides parts during the movement from the closed to the opened position. In some examples, displacement of the loading surface can cause the locker to either engage or disengage.

Abstract: A gripper for a depalletization machine to grip an interlayer sheet of a load to be disassembled, comprising a frame; and a first and a second arm, which are movable with respect to frame. The arms are independently movable between respective retracted and forward positions with respect to frame. Retracted positions of the arms correspond to respective first distances between homologous points of respective arms and frame. Forward positions of the arms correspond to respective second distances between homologous points of first and second arms and frame. Second distances are greater than respective first distances. The gripper is settable in a first configuration, in which the arms are in a forward position and are adapted to grip respective sides of interlayer sheet; and a second configuration, in which only one arm is in respective forward position and is adapted to grip one side of interlayer sheet.

Abstract: Disclosed is device for orienting at least one object, comprising: a fixed frame, conveying means defining a conveying surface to contact a bottom portion of object and convey object along a first direction; and rotating means selectively actuatable for creating on bottom portion a differential speed causing the rotation of object about a first axis transversal to first direction. The rotating means comprise a contact element that is fixed or movable along first direction with a differential speed relative to conveying means. The contact element is selectively movable with respect to conveying surface between: a first configuration, protruding from conveying surface along first axis, so as to contact bottom portion of object and to cause the rotation of object about first axis; and a second configuration, offset from conveying surface along first axis. The contact element is free to oscillate around a second axis parallel to first direction.

Abstract: A depalletization device (1) that is able to disassemble a pallet (2) that is made up of at least a number of layers (3), includes: a loading/unloading device (6), which is able to separate and extract a layer (3) from the pallet (2); a first conveyor (7) that can be supplied with the layer (3) that is separated from the pallet (2) and is able to move the layer (3) forward; the depalletization device (1) also includes: a second conveyor (10), which can be fed from the first conveyor (7) with an entire layer (3); a pair of third conveyors (11a, 11b) that are able to receive, one or the other alternatingly, the entire layer (3); and actuator elements (14) that can be controlled to transfer the entire layer (3) from the second conveyor (10) to either of the third conveyors (11a, 11b).
