Preferably the compound contains 5-11 amino acids. The compound is used in the manufacture of a medicament or pharmaceutical composition for inhibiting leukocyte migration, or treating or preventing inflammation and/or inflammatory response/disease from such conditions as gout, gouty arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, asthma, reperfusion injury or damage, stroke, myocardial infarction, septic shock, or a skin disorder.
