A body halter holding the user is optionally rotatably supported by a horizontal support bar which is connected by connector ropes or cables to a T-shaped support bar. Alternatively, the body halter is directly connected to connector ropes which pass by pulleys or through horizontal tubular sections to attach to a scale. The support frame is made height adjustable by a winch or a hydraulic system.
