Patent number: 12511947Abstract: A management server system may obtain a request for image data from a computing device. The request may identify a subset of image data to be downloaded and/or streamed to the computing device. The management server system can provide an indication of a storage destination for the image data to a gateway device and initiate upload of the image data from the gateway device to the storage destination. The management server system may monitor the upload and, based on the monitoring, determine the upload is complete. The management server system can cause display of a user interface that includes a visualization of the image data for download of the image data from the storage destination to the computing device.Type: GrantFiled: January 9, 2023Date of Patent: December 30, 2025Assignee: Samsara Inc.Inventors: Jason Symons, Vignesh Bhuvaneshwar Iyer, Gregory Wood, Ivan Stoev, William Jennings, Yuri Melnikov, Karthikram Rajadurai, Meelap Shah, Arthur Huang, Joyce Chen, Karthikeyan Kailasam, Samuel Goldman, Scott McConnell, Gyulnara Grigoryan, Kushagra Gupta, Max Chen, Rhea Lin, Seamus Feider-Sullivan, Rajiv Malik, Caglar Iskender

Patent number: 9717452Abstract: A method of controlling lancing speed of a lancing structure of a portable handheld medical diagnostic device includes providing an elongated lancet structure having a skin piercing end and a blood transport portion adjacent the skin piercing end. The skin piercing end when displaced makes an incision at a skin site to produce an amount of bodily fluid from the skin site and in which the blood transport portion transports the amount of bodily fluid away from the skin site for use by a measurement system in making a physiological measurement. A spring-driven motor assembly is operatively connected to the lancet structure. The spring-driven motor assembly displaces the lancet structure toward the skin site to make the incision for producing the amount of bodily fluid and retracts the lancet structure to carry the amount of bodily fluid away from the skin cite.Type: GrantFiled: December 30, 2010Date of Patent: August 1, 2017Assignee: Roche Diabetes Care, Inc.Inventors: Steven N. Roe, Chris Fruhauf, Max Chen

Patent number: 9018698Abstract: A semiconductor device includes a semiconductor substrate having a first type of conductivity. A first layer is formed on the substrate having the first type of conductivity and is more lightly doped than the substrate. At least one trench is formed in the first layer. A dielectric layer lines the bottom surface and the sidewalls of the trench. A conducting material fills the trench. A lightly doped region is formed in the first layer having the second conductivity type. The lightly doped region is disposed below the bottom surface of the trench. A metal layer is disposed over the first layer and the conducting material. A first electrode is formed over the metal layer and a second electrode is formed on a backside of the substrate.Type: GrantFiled: November 16, 2012Date of Patent: April 28, 2015Assignee: Vishay General Semiconductor LLCInventors: Chih Wei Hsu, Max Chen

Publication number: 20120172756Abstract: A method of driving a lancet structure in a portable handheld medical diagnostic device is provided. The method includes connecting a spring-driven motor to the lancet structure within a housing structure of the portable handheld medical diagnostic device. The spring-driven motor is wound to a cocked, triggerable configuration. The spring-driven motor is triggered such that, when triggered, the spring-driven motor (i) displaces a skin penetrating end of the lancet structure outwardly from the housing structure through a lancet port and (ii) retracts the skin penetrating end of the lancet structure back into the housing structure.Type: ApplicationFiled: December 30, 2010Publication date: July 5, 2012Applicant: Roche Diagnostics Operations, Inc.Inventors: Steven N.
