  • Publication number: 20240186077
Abstract: A method for manufacturing a supercapacitor, including, integrally forming a cell body having a bottom portion, a wall portion, and a top opening, as a single unitary member, with the bottom portion having a bottom fluid passage; inserting through the top opening an electrode assembly that has a negative and positive electrodes separated by a separator; fixing the electrode assembly to the bottom portion in an electrically conductive manner; closing the top opening with a lid assembly forming a cell interior containing the electrode assembly in a dry state, and fixing the lid assembly to the cell body; orienting the cell body with the bottom fluid passage facing downward in a vertical direction; injecting an electrolyte through the bottom fluid passage to wet the electrode assembly with the electrolyte; and closing the bottom fluid passage with a plug member and fixing the plug member to the bottom portion.

  • Publication number: 20240186074
Abstract: A method for manufacturing a current tab member for an electrode assembly of an energy storage cell, e.g., a supercapacitor, the electrode assembly including a negative electrode and a positive electrode, each electrode including a carbon material that includes micropores, and the electrodes being separated by a separator. The current tab member includes a terminal portion. At least one contacting portion is configured to conductively contact the electrode assembly. A heat sink portion is interposed between and adjacent to the terminal portion and the contacting portion.

  • Publication number: 20240186076
Abstract: In order to allow lid assembly, a method is provided for manufacturing a lid assembly configured for closing a cell body of a supercapacitor, the cell body comprising a bottom portion, a wall portion, and a top opening, the lid assembly comprising an electrically conductive lid member and an electrically insulating sealing member. The lid member and the sealing member are configured to cooperatively form an expansion chamber that is arranged between the lid member and the sealing member, wherein the expansion chamber is fluidly connectable to an interior of the cell body.

  • Patent number: 11966813
Abstract: Embodiments are provided for error mitigation in quantum programs. In some embodiments, a system can include a processor that executes computer-executable components stored in memory. The computer-executable components include a compilation component that causes encoding of one or more qubits according to a circular repetition code at a time after operations on the one or more qubits and before readout.

  • Publication number: 20200282522
Abstract: A compression jaw assembly unit for a compressing device for compressing tubular metal parts includes a compression jaw carrier (17) and a compression jaw (16), provided at the compression jaw carrier (17), with a compressing surface (18) that is oriented essentially facing away from the compression jaw carrier (17) and is curved transversely to a compression jaw longitudinal direction (LB) in a compression jaw transverse direction (QB). The compression jaw (16) includes a fixed compression jaw segment (22), which is fixed to the compression jaw carrier (17) and provides a compressing surface segment (24), and at least one movable compression jaw segment (26, 28) providing a compressing surface segment (30, 32). The at least one movable compressing surface segment (26, 28) can be moved in a direction of movement (B) in relation to the fixed compressing surface segment (22) against the prestressing action of a prestressing device (42).
