The model identification may indicate a model associated with the smart device. An alignment image may be determined using the model identification. Abstract: A device for attaching an optical element, such as an otoscope, to a smart phone for diagnosing and/or identifying problems of an outer ear, a middle ear, and/or an ear canal of a patient. The device may comprise a main body. The main body may comprise an aperture and a first engagement member configured to engage with a second engagement structure that belongs to the optical element. A first surface may be connected to the main body and configured may be to contact a first smart phone surface. A piston may be provided that may comprises a second surface that may be parallel to the first surface and may be configured to contact a second smart phone surface. A threaded knob may be provided and may be connected to the piston through the aperture.

Abstract: In one aspect, the present invention features a blister card display package including a card containing a front sheet having a front outer face and a front inner face and a rear sheet having a rear outer face and a rear inner face, wherein at least a portion of the rear inner face is affixed to the front inner face; and a unitary blister pack mounted between the front inner face and the rear inner face and containing a plurality of blister portions for containing an article to be displayed and a rupturable film sheet covering the blister portions; wherein the rear sheet contains one or more openings that allow the blister portions to protrude through the rear outer face of the card and the front sheet contains an operable flap that allows access to the portion of the rupturable film sheet covering the blister portions.

Each drawer system with an intervening platform upon which the second set of runners is mounted, such that, as a result, each involved drawer is capable of both lateral and forward and backward movement, with the result that the forward movement, in example, of one drawer, can open a space for the lateral movement of the second drawer. The first drawer, having been moved forward, can now be moved laterally, while the second drawer can then be moved forward. The end result being that they both become simultaneously accessible to the operator, all with the result that previously unavailable or unreachable space is rendered readily accessible, as to the contents contained in the second drawer.
