  • Patent number: 12114649
Abstract: A fishing bait forming assembly and method for facilitating baiting gelatinous bait includes a housing enclosing an interior space and having an interior surface and an exterior surface. The housing is elongated from a first end to a second end, and the first and second ends are open. A bait form is mounted to the housing and compresses a portion of the gelatinous bait to form a compacted bait mass. A hook slot extends through the first end of the housing and through the exterior surface and the interior surface of the housing.

  • Patent number: 12104787
Abstract: A grate bar has a grate bar head, two side walls, a running surface behind the head and between the side walls and an underside disposed below the surface and between the side walls. A recess in one side wall forms an air slot between the surface and underside and is arranged only on one side wall, not in its opposite side wall. In a grate bar arrangement including multiple grate bars, each including a running surface and a grate bar head, in which an upper grate bar with grate bar head is moveably arranged relative to a lower grate bar so that the head may slide over front and rear grate bar running surface areas, the running surface has air slots in the front and rear areas and the head is displaceable relative to these slots so that the opening cross section of all slots remains constant.

  • Publication number: 20240239180
Abstract: A hybrid transmission device (1) includes a first transmission input shaft (2), a second transmission input shaft (4), a superposition gear unit (6) arranged axially parallel to the first transmission input shaft (2) and to the second transmission input shaft (4) and configured for connecting an electric machine (5). The superposition gear unit (6) includes a first planetary gear set (P1) with a sun gear (P11), a ring gear (P12), and a planet carrier (P13) with planet gears (P14) rotatably arranged thereon. A gear reduction stage (7) includes a first spur gear pair (ST1) and a second spur gear pair (ST2) for connecting the superposition gear unit (6) to a differential (8). At least a first shift element (A), a second shift element (B), and a third shift element (C) are configured for implementing an electrodynamic driving-off process and a purely electric or hybridized drive of the motor vehicle.

  • Patent number: 9385670
Abstract: An amplifier has a dual bridge design with two bridge amplifiers. A mode switch enables them to be configured in a series amplification mode. The switching of the mode switch is dynamic and enables re-use of signal current thereby improving overall system efficiency. A delay to the mode switch closure is provided in the event of clipping of one of the amplifier outputs. This prevents large cross currents from flowing.

  • Publication number: 20060009373
Abstract: A method for treating diabetic wounds uses a topical preparation containing insulin in combination with glucose. The exact proportions are not critical, as the presence of even a trace amount of either component in combination with the other is effective. In one embodiment, the composition contains from about 0.1% to about 5.0% weight percent insulin in a 50 weight percent solution of glucose. In another embodiment, the topical preparation includes up to 1.0 weight percent silver sulfadiazine. In another embodiment, the topical preparation includes up to 100 parts per million by weight colloidal silver or ionic silver.

  • Patent number: 5427235
Abstract: A high barrier sealable packaging material and a high barrier heat sealed package for smoking articles, such as cigarettes and the like, are disclosed. The packaging material comprises a base layer of a polymeric film, such as a biaxially oriented polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film which has been metallized on one surface thereof with a layer of metal, such as aluminum. The metallized film is then imprinted with ink with a design and/or printed matter on either the metallized or unmetallized surface. Subsequently to or concurrently with the printing, a heat seal layer is applied to the printed and/or unprinted surface for forming a heat seal about which the material is wrapped. In one embodiment, the high barrier packaging material is used as an overwrap for a cigarette package having a tear tape for removing one end of the overwrap.
