Abstract: A photodynamic therapy and microwave therapy fusion system is provided. The system includes photosensitizers transplanted or attached to the biological tissues of a site in which cancer develops and made to have specific indirect energy band gaps so as to perform photodynamic therapy for the site in which the cancer develops; and a microwave assisted photodynamic therapy (MWAPDT) controller connected to a personal computer (PC) and adapted to allow a microwave frequency of 500 MHz to 10 GHz emitted from a microwave probe or an optic ray emitted from a fiber optic probe or a LED light of a wavelength of 300 to 1,000 nm from a micro LED of a LED probe to be irradiated onto the biological tissues of the site in which the cancer develops, to which the photosensitizers are transplanted or attached, so as to perform microwave therapy for the site in which the cancer develops.
