Abstract: A prosthetic device for creating a vascular bypass from an arterial vessel has at least one prosthetic tube joined to an orifice of a flexible collar. The prosthetic tube extends from an outer face of the collar. The collar has an inner face surface for attachment to the arterial vessel. The collar has a connection zone has an annular cavity extending around and away from the orifice. The annular cavity is suitable for receiving an injected glue or bioabsorable haemostatic product so as to attach to the arterial vessel.

Abstract: Prosthetic device for creating a vascular bypass from an arterial vessel, in particular from the aorta, which can have substantial collateral branches, characterized in that the device includes one or more prosthetic tubes of which one of the ends is joined to a flexible fixing collar with an outer face and an inner face which is configured to be applied to the outer wall of the arterial vessel. The collar has one or more orifices arranged in a central or orifice zone, and which communicate with the prosthetic tube or tubes. Abstract: The invention relates to a surgical instrument for the ablation of diseased veins, particularly saphenous veins. The surgical instrument includes a stripping member or olive-shaped member, a traction probe, and a return thread, which can be used to move the olive in opposite directions. In addition, the anterior part of the olive, according to the direction of movement of same during the application of the operating method, is equipped with an axial cavity which is open at the front end of the anterior part, so as to define a circular stripping lip. The stripping olive includes an essentially-cylindrical anterior part and a posterior part having a circular cross-section, which are defined by a circular recess. The circular front end of the posterior part has a diameter greater than that of the anterior part.

Abstract: The present invention relates to surgical device enabling a blood vessel to be punctured, in particular an artery, and enabling a radiological guidewire to be inserted in endovascular manner for use in laparoscopic or celioscopic endovascular surgery, in particular of the intra-abdominal blood vessels, the device comprises a first transparent flexible tube co-operating at its distal end with a hollow metal needle to which it is coupled, and in which it is possible to cause a said radiological guidewire to pass, said first tube having, at its proximal end, closure means for closing said first tube, together with insertion means enabling a said radiological guidewire to be inserted in leaktight manner into said first tube.
