  • Patent number: 11922660
Abstract: The method includes a step of acquisition of an image of the leading aircraft, a step of extraction of the outline, an adjustment step including implementing an outline registration algorithm, to determine an optimized profile from a comparison of the outline of the leading aircraft with a profile of the leading aircraft determined from a three-dimensional model of the leading aircraft and from an initial position of the following aircraft with respect to the leading aircraft, and a step of determination of the positioning according to six degrees of freedom of the following aircraft with respect to the leading aircraft, from the optimized profile and from the three-dimensional model of the leading aircraft. The method thus makes it possible to rapidly and accurately determine the positioning of the following aircraft with respect to the leading aircraft, this positioning being used to implement a formation flight.

  • Patent number: 11901716
Abstract: A gasketless ganging system includes an enclosure, including a first side, a second side; a first opening, and a second opening; a first ganging member disposed on the first side, including a third opening, a first channel, and a pair of first protrusions; and a second ganging member disposed on the second side, including a fourth opening, a second channel, and a pair of second protrusions. In some embodiments, the enclosure is a first enclosure and a second enclosure, wherein the first side of the first or second enclosure abuts the second side of the other of the first or second enclosure, to adjoin enclosures, wherein the pair of first protrusions abuts the pair of second protrusions to position the second channel within the first channel without contacting the first channel.

  • Publication number: 20240010472
Abstract: A double-locking hooking system comprising a structure, a hook that is able to move in relation to the structure between a closed position and an open position, and an immobilization system for immobilizing the hook in the closed position (18). The immobilization system comprises two immobilization devices each provided with at least one movable stop. The stops are in contact with the hook when the hook is in the closed position in order to immobilize the hook in the closed position. The two immobilization devices therefore each allow the hook to be immobilized in the closed position, by means of the stops, independently of each other. In order to position the hook in the open position, the two immobilization devices need to be activated in order for the stops to be moved to release the hook.

  • Patent number: 11758085
Abstract: A mixing device for mixing a first video signal and a second video signal to form a third video signal, the device comprising electronic circuits configured such that the third video signal is representative of the first video signal when the amplitude of a control signal is lower than a first predetermined threshold, such that the third video signal is representative of the second video signal when the amplitude of the control signal is greater than a second predetermined threshold, or else such that the third video signal is representative of a combination of the first and second video signals when the amplitude of the control signal lies between the two predetermined thresholds or is equal to one of them. A mixing method is performed by the abovementioned mixing device.

  • Publication number: 20230194573
Abstract: The enclosure mounting system is for hanging enclosures and includes a wall rail and a hanging rail. The enclosure mounting system can include an enclosure and a pair of rotary footings. The wall rail has a wave form pattern profile extending from a first end to a second end and is configured to mount to a surface. The hanging rail is configured to hang onto the mounted wall rail. The wall rail can include an at least one end segment that receives an end of a second wall rail. The at least one end segment receives a central segment of the second wall rail and the corresponding wave form pattern profile promotes self-aligning. The second wall rail is further aligned to the first wall rail by mounting the at least one end segment, with an end of the central segment of the second wall rail, to the surface.

  • Publication number: 20220197115
Abstract: A system for the acquisition of an image of a lead aircraft by a follower aircraft flying behind the lead aircraft. Such acquisition is made difficult when the ambient brightness drops, and even impossible at night. The system allows such night acquisition and comprises at least one camera installed on or in the follower aircraft, a lighting device provided on the follower aircraft and oriented at least partially towards the lead aircraft and a retroreflective device of retroreflector type disposed on the lead aircraft. When lit, the retroreflective device allows the camera to acquire an image of the zones marked by the retroreflective device despite the reduced brightness.
