Abstract: A device for inserting a blunt-tip cannula under the skin of a patient with a view to injecting a biocompatible product, including a central body equipped with a groove that extends along a sagittal plane while having a sharp distal tip projecting from a distal end of the body in order to pierce the skin, the groove being arranged to allow the cannula to slide along same beyond the distal tip towards at least one area to be treated located under the skin, the central body being provided with two lateral gripping arms that extend symmetrically on either side of the sagittal plane in a transverse direction that forms, with the sagittal plane, an angle (?) of between 30° and 85°, each gripping arm further having a finger grip surface that has a front central portion located at a distance between 8 mm and 30 mm from the distal end of the central body.

The medical injector includes an upper guard housing having a gripping component, a lower guard housing defining a reservoir, and a stopper engaged with a portion of the upper guard housing, the stopper being slidably disposed within the reservoir and sized to provide sealing engagement with an interior sidewall of the lower guard housing. The upper guard housing at least partially surrounds the lower guard housing and is moveable relative to the lower guard housing to advance the stopper through the reservoir.

Abstract: The invention relates to a closing system for a container to be held with a single hand. The closing system includes a cap having a skirt and a transversal wall provided with an access port, and a cover substantially parallel to the cap and with a guiding member intended to be used by a user to manipulate the cover. A hinge allows a planar rotation of the cover regarding the cap from a first position to close the access port to a second position to access the access port.
