  • Patent number: 11125487
Abstract: An ethylene absorber unit for a household refrigeration appliance includes a housing and at least one absorber pad which is disposed in a receiving chamber of the housing in such a way that it can be exchanged. A holding duct, which is different from the walls of the housing, is formed in the receiving chamber. The absorber pad is inserted in the holding duct. A household refrigeration appliance having the absorber unit is also provided.

  • Patent number: 10882135
Abstract: An apparatus for additively manufacturing three-dimensional objects includes a scanning unit configured to scan an energy beam over a build plane, and a focusing unit that includes an optical lens or lens system. The focusing unit may be configured to control a focal position of the energy beam based on calibration information. The focal position may be controlled by moving the focusing unit in the z-direction relative to the build plane without changing the focal length of the energy beam. Methods of calibrating such an apparatus may include moving a focusing unit in the z-direction relative to a build plane based on calibration information and scanning an energy beam over at least a portion of the build plane using a scanning unit, with the focusing unit being configured to control a focal position of the energy beam without changing the focal length of the energy beam.

  • Publication number: 20190323726
Abstract: A wall box for a ventilation system comprises a housing delimiting an interior, in which a through-flow region is defined. In the interior is arranged at least one flap arrangement having a flap arranged on a suspension mounting. For an area A of a cross section of the interior perpendicular to a flow direction, A/K>2/?r, wherein K indicates an area of an enveloping circle with smallest possible radius, which circle completely conceals the cross section of the interior. The flap of the at least one flap arrangement has at least in an open position a flap contour which in regions adjacent to a pivot axis is adapted to a cross-sectional contour of the interior in the respective region adjacent to the pivot axis.

  • Publication number: 20190022795
Abstract: Apparatus (1) for additively manufacturing of three-dimensional objects (2) by means of successive layerwise selective irradiation and consolidation of layers of a build material (3) which can be consolidated by means of an energy beam (4, 5), wherein the apparatus (1) comprises a scanning unit (6) configured to scan the energy beam (4, 5) over at least a part of a build plane (7), a focusing unit (15) is provided that is configured to control a focal position (13, 14) of the energy beam (4, 5) via a positioning of at least one optical component of the focusing unit (15) and/or a positioning of the focusing unit (15) relative to the build plane (7).

  • Publication number: 20110163023
Abstract: The invention relates to a device for the equilibrium dialysis of fluids having small volumes. The object of the invention of creating a device for equilibrium dialysis , the device being designed as a simple as possible, being universally usable and reliable in the use thereof, with which a large ratio of the membrane surface to the sample volume is created and which facilitates very short diffusion paths inside the sample as well as low sample losses, even with small sample volumes, is achieved in that a device is proposed, which comprises corresponding capillaries (1, 1?), which are connected through a membrane (2) and each are open at the ends on both sides, said capillaries for dialysis purposes each comprising a preferably substantially U-shaped arched capillary portion, and the at least one opening (4, 4?) thereof being provided each with a sealing element for introducing and/or removing the liquid.
