  • Publication number: 20220219342
Abstract: A cutting device for the chipless cutting of a material comprises a cutting part and a supporting part. The cutting part and the supporting part are designed to be rotated with respect to one another about an axis of rotation between an open position and a closed position. A hand lever is articulated to the supporting part for pivoting about a pivot axis. A ratchet mechanism converts a back-and-forth motion of the hand lever into a continuous rotational motion of the cutting part toward the closed position. The ratchet mechanism includes a toothing and a drive pawl, which can be brought into an effective position with respect to the toothing. Furthermore, the cutting device comprises a coupling mechanism, which converts a one-time pivoting motion of the hand lever into a rotational motion of the cutting part. A separate coupling element transmits force from the hand lever to the cutting part.

  • Patent number: 11325170
Abstract: A drum-type pipe cleaning device comprises a drum rotatable about a rotational axis and a cleaning cable allocated to the drum. A longitudinal section of the cleaning cable extends from the drum. The longitudinal section is rotatable about its longitudinal axis through a rotation of the drum. The drum-type pipe cleaning device further comprises a handle, which is configured to support the drum in a rotatable manner. Furthermore, the drum-type pipe cleaning device comprises a drive shaft for driving the drum and an attachment point allocated to the drive shaft for connecting the drive shaft to a drive unit for drive purposes. A freewheel clutch is provided, through which the drive shaft is or can be connected to the drum in an operative manner such that the freewheel clutch is engaged when the drive shaft is being driven and the freewheel clutch runs freely when the drum is being driven.

  • Publication number: 20210008611
Abstract: A press die for a pressing tool for pressing round tubular sections of at least two workpieces has a through-hole with a circumferential die surface. It includes at least two die parts. Each of the at least two die parts comprises a circumferential section of the through-hole. At least one of the die parts comprises a round target contour over at least one region of the associated circumferential section of the through-hole. At least one other die part comprises a contour deviating from the round target contour over at least one region of the associated circumferential section of the through-hole. Thus, the circumferential sections of the through-hole associated with the at least two die parts are asymmetrical relative to each other with respect to a chord formed by the associated circumferential section of the through-hole.

  • Patent number: 10688540
Abstract: An advancing unit for a cleaning spiral, which can be rotated by a motor about its longitudinal axis, of a pipe cleaning machine, such as, for example, a pipe cleaning machine having a drum. The advancing unit includes a drive device, which produces the advancement of the cleaning spiral, with at least two clamping parts, wherein at least one clamping part thereof can be brought into a clamping position against the cleaning spiral in such a manner that the clamping parts press against the cleaning spiral, so that an advancement of the cleaning spiral is generated in the case of a rotating cleaning spiral. The advancing unit further comprises a control device for controlling the advancement of the cleaning spiral by means of at least one of the clamping parts as well as a safety device, by which at least one of the clamping parts can be brought out of its clamping position against the cleaning spiral.
