  • Patent number: 11951668
Abstract: A method and device for producing a monoaxially or biaxially stretched plastic film are disclosed in which in the intermediate space (Z) tapering in a wedge shape to the contact line between the melt film or plastic film and the roller jacket spaced apart therefrom or the roller surface spaced apart therefrom of the cooling roller, at least one device for preventing precipitation of condensate (K) in the intermediate space (Z) is used and is designed such that precipitation of condensate (a) on the underside of the melt film or plastic film facing the roller jacket (9) or on the roller jacket of the cooling roller is prevented, and/or a condensate (K) which has precipitated there evaporates or vaporises, and/or condensate disposed in the intermediate space is transported away, suctioned off, or blown out and/or runs out to the side.

  • Patent number: 11047296
Abstract: A valve device for an exhaust-gas bypass path of a turbocharger, including: a plate-like valve element, movable between a closed position and an open position and which has a shaft, which is connected to a valve element carrier for limited movement in the shaft direction; a rotatably held spindle, to which the valve element carrier is fixedly connected; a valve seat for the valve element, which valve seat surrounds an exhaust-gas through-opening; and an annular sheet-metal spring element, which has an opening through which the valve element shaft extends, an outer ring region, an inner ring region, which is axially offset relative to the outer ring region and adjoins the spring element opening, and an annular transition region therebetween; the width of the spring element transition region being variable around the spring element opening such that the valve element can be adapted to the valve seat as easily as possible.

  • Publication number: 20200291850
Abstract: A wastegate assembly for a turbocharger having a turbine casing has a wastegate flap, a wastegate flap lever, a wastegate spindle and a bearing bush for the wastegate spindle. In addition, the wastegate assembly has a sealing unit formed from a soft-material volume sealing ring and a diaphragm spring that contacts the volume sealing ring.

  • Publication number: 20180094573
Abstract: A turbocharger is disclosed, which includes a bypass valve device with a valve element having a shaft movably connected to a valve element support, a spindle rotatable in a bearing bush to one end of which an adjusting lever is attached, and an actuator to actuate the adjusting lever. A spring element is arranged in at least one of the following positions: (A) a 1st position in the region of the connection between the valve element and the valve element support, in which position the valve element shaft passes through the spring element, and (B) a 2nd position between an end face of the bearing bush, and a spring element abutment, fixed to the spindle, in which position the spindle passes through the spring element, wherein the spring element is designed such that the maximum force applied by the actuator for a movement of the valve element is 600 N.
