  • Patent number: 10547227
Abstract: An electromagnetic structure of an electric machine, in particular an adjustment drive of a motor vehicle, has a plurality of coils which are arranged to form a circular structure. Each of the coils has a coil winding and a connection. The coils are respectively electrically connected in pairs by way of a conductor bridge which is in contact with the respective connections. Each conductor bridge is arranged at an axial distance from the associated coils, each conductor bridge being arranged at least partially in a receiving element of a guiding plate.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: September 12, 2016
Date of Patent: January 28, 2020
Assignee: Brose Fahrzeugteile GmbH & Co. Kommanditgesellschaft, Wuerzburg
Inventors: Peter Hauck, Oliver Haupt, Maximilian Knopf, Stefan Portner
  • Patent number: 10097057
Abstract: An electric motor of a vehicle component, in particular a window opener drive or seat adjuster drive, includes a rotor, a stator with a three-phase stator winding having at least one coil per phase with first and second coil ends, and a connection element having a number of vias corresponding to the number of coil ends, the vias forming first and second contacting groups. The vias of the first contacting group are paired with a contact ring with contact points for electrically conductively connecting the first coil ends, in particular while forming a neutral point. The second coil ends are guided through the vias of the second contacting group, and a coil end portion or additional conductor element of the coil ends is azimuthally guided along the connection element and guided, preferably axially, out of the connection element while providing a three-phase winding connection at exposed positions.
