  • Publication number: 20240352780
Abstract: It is provided a door drive device for adjusting a vehicle door relative to a vehicle body comprising an adjustment part, which can be adjusted in an adjustment direction, for transmitting force between the vehicle door and the vehicle body, a drive motor, a gear assembly which couples the drive motor to the adjustment part, and a gear housing which at least partially encloses the gear assembly. An adapter element is connected to the gear housing for fastening the door drive device to the vehicle door or the vehicle body. A sensor apparatus is used to determine a measured value which indicates a force between the vehicle door and the vehicle body.

  • Publication number: 20220290483
Abstract: A drive device for adjusting a vehicle assembly including an electromotive adjustment drive to adjust the vehicle assembly and a control device for controlling the adjustment drive, the control device configured to actuate the adjustment drive in an automatic mode, for adjusting the vehicle assembly with a predetermined rotational speed, and in a servo mode for providing a supporting force during a manual adjustment of the vehicle assembly by a user. The control device includes a speed regulation module for determining a first setpoint current value in dependence on a rotational speed of the adjustment drive, a servo regulation module for determining a second setpoint current value in dependence on a load acting on the vehicle assembly and a current regulation module for regulating a current of the adjustment drive.

  • Patent number: 11345418
Abstract: A drive arrangement for adjusting a flap, in particular a tailgate, of a motor vehicle, which in the mounted state is mounted on a body of the motor vehicle so as to be pivotable about a flap pivot axis and which can be adjusted between an open position and a closed position over a pivot angle. It is proposed that the drive arrangement comprises a torsion spring arrangement having a torsion spring, the torsion spring being adapted to generate a torsional torque about a torsion axis, that the torsion axis is arranged with an offset to the flap pivot axis, and that the drive arrangement comprises a first gear unit which converts the torsional torque into a supporting force or torque acting on the flap in the direction of the closed position or in the direction of the open position thereof.
