The storage device according to the present invention comprises (a) a N sleeve having a 1st end and a 2nd end, and (b) a protective jacket comprising at least 70% by weight of an ultra-linear low density polyethylene having a density in the range of from 0.900 to 0.910 g/cm3, and a melt index (I2) in the range of less than 5 g/10 minutes, up to 30% by weight of a low-density polyethylene having a density in the range of from 0.920 to 0.925 g/cm3, and a melt index (I2) in the range of less than 5 g/10 minutes, and one or more additives.
