Patents by Inventor Maya MANI

Maya MANI has filed for patents to protect the following inventions. This listing includes patent applications that are pending as well as patents that have already been granted by the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).

  • Patent number: 12532177
Abstract: Characteristics of the waveform for received signals are determined. Statistical and/or Cyclostationary Signal Processing algorithms are used on the characteristics to identify each signal as a communication signal having a particular protocol. Autocorrelation, spectral correlation, and power Cepstrum, among others, are used to identify the signal using periodic characteristics of the waveform in the frequency domain. Rogue devices that do not adhere to the protocol are identified and actions taken accordingly.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: March 28, 2022
Date of Patent: January 20, 2026
    Assignee: Altera Corporation
    Inventor: Maya Mani
  • Patent number: 12437661
Abstract: A drone classification device is provided. The drone classification device includes a radio signal receiver configured to receive a radio signal, and a radio signal analyzer configured to determine physical characteristics of the received radio signal, to compare the determined physical characteristics of the received radio signal with a plurality of reference characteristics, each reference characteristics describing a drone class of a plurality of drone classes, and to classify a drone into a drone class of a plurality of drone classes depending on a result of the comparison.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: June 21, 2021
Date of Patent: October 7, 2025
    Assignee: Intel Corporation
