    Abstract: An electronic apparatus includes an operation member configured to receive an operation performed by a user, a display device configured to display a display item, an eye tracking unit configured to detect a gaze point of the user on the display device, and an execution unit configured to perform control to execute a first processing corresponding to a first operation item assigned to the operation member or a second processing corresponding to a second operation item assigned to the display item displayed at the detected gaze point, in response to an operation to the operation member performed by a user. In a case where the display item is not displayed at the detected gaze point, the execution unit performs control to execute the first processing, and in a case where the display item is displayed at the detected gaze point, the execution unit performs control to execute the second processing.
