  • Patent number: 11620728
Abstract: An information processing device, an information processing system, an information processing method, and a program capable of appropriately reducing the amount of information of an image are provided. An information processing device includes an image acquisitor, an information amount reduction degree determiner, and an information amount reducer. The image acquisitor acquires an image acquired by imaging an actual space. The information amount reduction degree determiner determines a degree of reduction of an amount of information on the basis of an attribute of a subject shown in the image. The information amount reducer generates information reduced data acquired by reducing at least a part of the amount of information of the image in accordance with the degree of reduction of the amount of information.

  • Patent number: 11145068
Abstract: According to one embodiment, an image-processing apparatus includes an output unit, a tracker, a storage controller, a setter, and an output controller. The tracker tracks a target object in one or more time-series images. The storage controller stores tracking information including a movement trajectory of the object in a predetermined storage. The setter sets a detection region for detecting passing through of the object based on the movement trajectory of the object, on the image, in accordance with a user's operation. An evaluator evaluates a setting mode for the detection region based on the tracking information stored in the predetermined storage and the detection region set by the setter. The output controller outputs the tracking information stored in predetermined storage, from the output unit, in an output mode based on an evaluation result of the evaluator.

  • Publication number: 20170298321
Abstract: Provided is a method of producing plant embryos having improved embryo quality or germination frequency comparing to embryos developed by conventional methods. The method entails the steps of (a) incubating plant embryogenic suspensor mass (ESM) in, or on, a standard development medium supplied with glucose for a first incubation period to develop immature somatic embryos; (b) mass transferring the immature somatic embryos to a modified development medium near or at cotyledon stage; and (c) incubating the immature somatic embryos in, or on, the modified development medium for a second incubation period to develop mature somatic embryos. The modified development medium contains reduced concentration of glucose or is glucose-free and the osmolality of the modified development medium is adjusted to compensate for the loss of osmolality due to reduction or removal of glucose.

  • Publication number: 20090280566
Abstract: In one aspect, a method is provided for increasing germination vigor and/or frequency of conifer somatic embryos produced in vitro. The method comprises (a) incubating a plurality of immature conifer somatic embryos for a first incubation period in, or on, a first development media at a temperature in the range of 20° C. to 30° C.; (b) exposing the plurality of immature conifer somatic embryos incubated in accordance with step (a) to a cold temperature in the range of 0° C. to 10° C. for a time period of at least one week; and (c) incubating the plurality of immature conifer somatic embryos treated in accordance with step (b) for a second incubation period in, or on, a second development medium at a temperature in the range of 20° C. to 30° C.
