  • Publication number: 20130130357
Abstract: This anaerobic digestion method is a method to biologically treat precipitated sludge obtained by a precipitating operation to sewage or wastewater, sludge containing livestock waste sludge, or organic wastewater containing suspended solids of 5000 mg/L or more as a treatment object, by a fixed bed (20) using organism-attaching carriers (22) formed of spherical porous bodies. In addition, a part of the treatment object which has been supplied to the fixed bed (20) is extracted from an upper layer of the fixed bed (20). The extracted treatment object is supplied to a fixed layer (28) composed of the organism-attaching carriers (22), the fixed layer (28) constituting a lower layer of the fixed bed (20).

  • Patent number: 8246789
Abstract: A treatment system for a watery material that includes: a dewatering tank in which liquefied matter of a material that is gaseous at a normal temperature and a normal pressure is contacted with the watery material and the watery material is separated into the resultant watery material and a liquid phase that contains an aqueous component from the watery material; an evaporator that vaporizes the material that is gaseous at a normal temperature and a normal pressure from the liquid phase; a separator that separates a gas of the material thus vaporized from effluent water; a condenser that condenses the gas into liquefied matter, two or more external heat sources selected from atmosphere, sewage, warm effluent water, and ground water; an external heat temperature detector that detects temperatures of external heats of the external heat sources; and an external heat supply destination controlling unit.

  • Publication number: 20100108600
Abstract: A method and apparatus for treatment of a water-containing material. The method includes: (A) bringing a liquid of a substance in a gaseous state under normal temperature and pressure conditions into contact with a water-containing material; (B) obtaining a liquid layer through solid-liquid separation from a treated product resulting from (A); (C) vaporizing and extracting at least a portion of the substance that is in the gaseous state under normal temperature and pressure conditions as gas from the liquid layer obtained from (B); and (D) collecting a lower layer resulting from liquid-liquid separation conducting on a liquid layer resulting from (C). The method and apparatus achieve efficient treatment of a water-containing material and allow the material after the treatment to be recycled as a resource.

  • Publication number: 20060010055
Abstract: A method and an apparatus for easily and efficiently setting an evaluation index suitable for an evaluation purpose when a business or a business portfolio is evaluated. In the method and apparatus, investment distribution is easily and visually confirmed during computation of the evaluation index when an object to be computed is the business portfolio. A table for defining a computation expression model for the evaluation index and a correspondence relationship between the evaluation index and the evaluation purpose is managed by a database to extract and provide an evaluation index model conforming to the evaluation purpose specified by a user. When the business portfolio is evaluated, business investment distributions are represented by a pie chart. The investment distribution information is updated and the evaluation index is computed, by adjusting a distribution surface of the represented pie chart.
