The illumination device further includes a plurality of reflectors each having a reflection surface for reflecting the illumination light emitted from each of the LED units in a specified direction and a reflector attachment plate removably fixed to the housing. Each of the reflectors is adjustably attached to the reflector attachment plate in a specified orientation.
