Abstract: Described herein are systems and methods for stakeholder analysis, and particularly for infrastructure project stakeholder analysis. An analysis engine models stakeholder data, such as social media comments, in the form of subject-sentiment dyads. A combination of the influence level of the person that generated the sentiment, the subject, and sentiment of the sentiment data provide a numerical model of the social media data as a data-point in the semantic space of the analysis. An aggregation of all data-points within a specific time interval then results in the profile of project-related discussions over that time period. Additionally, a knowledge engine provides a project-proprietary framework for receiving and classifying project-related stakeholder data.
