  • Patent number: 11808692
Abstract: An assembly for sensing corrosion of a member is disclosed. The assembly has a housing having a bottom surface that is external-surface-disposable on the member, and a sensor array disposed at least partially in the housing, the sensor array including a first sensor and a second sensor. The first sensor and the second sensor are magnetoresistive sensors. The first sensor is disposed at up to 3 centimeters from the bottom surface of the housing. The second sensor is disposed at between 1 inch and 8 inches from the bottom surface of the housing.

  • Patent number: 11719390
Abstract: A method is disclosed. The method includes providing a sensor attached to a vehicle, controlling the vehicle to move toward a system, using the sensor to sense data, providing the sensed data to a detection module including computer-executable code stored in non-volatile memory, and controlling the sensor and the vehicle to perform a raster scan when the detection module detects a variation in the sensed data. The method also includes providing sensed raster scan data to the detection module, using the detection module to generate a plurality of probability distribution curves based on the sensed raster scan data, and using the detection module to generate a vector based on the plurality of probability distribution curves. The vector points to a location of the system.

  • Publication number: 20230214682
Abstract: A system for predicting a hazard in a fluid passage system is disclosed. The system has one or more sensor assemblies configured to sense data of the fluid passage system, a prediction module, comprising computer-executable code stored in non-volatile memory, and a machine learning platform including a processor. The one or more sensor assemblies, the prediction module, and the machine learning platform are configured to scan one or more first data storages for events including sensor output of the one or more sensor assemblies, perform processing including preparing data including the sensor output, store the prepared data including the sensor output in one or more second data storages, perform machine learning operations using the prepared data, and produce a prediction of the hazard in the fluid passage system based on the prepared data.

  • Patent number: 11112280
Abstract: A system for sensing flow material in a fluid-holding structure is disclosed. The system has an assembly including a housing, a communication device disposed at least partially in the housing, a controller disposed at least partially in the housing, a sensor array disposed at least partially in the housing, and an external-surface-mounting attachment portion configured to non-intrusively attach the assembly to a surface. The system also has a user interface configured to display a graphical element. The sensor array includes a pressure sensor, a density sensor, a corrosion sensor, and a vibration sensor. The controller controls the communication device to transmit sensed data collected by the sensor array to the user interface. The sensed data includes at least one of a density data sensed by the density sensor and a corrosion data sensed by the corrosion sensor. Display of the graphical element varies based on the sensed data.
