  • Publication number: 20090327335
Abstract: Certain embodiments of the present invention provide a system for vendor-independent computer-aided diagnosis (CAD) marker generation including a parser adapted to parse CAD marker data into parsed data and a marker generator adapted to generate generic marker data based on the parsed data and a configuration file. The generic marker data includes a set of point pairs.

  • Patent number: 7334160
Abstract: A preferred embodiment of the present invention provides a method and system for managing a distributed medical diagnostic imaging system. The system includes a system manager for managing the medical diagnostic imaging system, a subsystem that includes a subsystem manager for managing the subsystem and an actor, or task operator, capable of executing certain functions. The subsystem manager reports to the system manager. The system also includes a communication channel for transmitting data between the system manager and the subsystem. The system may include a plurality of subsystems with a plurality of actors or task operators. The components of the system may be configured and adjusted.

  • Publication number: 20050192847
Abstract: A system and method for dynamically generating an interface includes a hierarchical organization data file defining a hierarchical organization of subsystems of a medical imaging scanner and at least one parsing component to extract configuration parameter names from the data file and generate a graphical representation of the hierarchical organization of the medical imaging scanner. A configuration servlet extracts configuration parameters of the medical imaging scanner, associates the configuration parameters with the graphical representation of the hierarchical organization, and displays the configuration parameters and graphical representation of the organization in a single user interface such that the configuration parameters can be reviewed and edited in the single user interface.

  • Publication number: 20030216629
Abstract: The present technique provides a system and method for dynamic configuration of medical diagnostic systems using distributable multi-component configuration files having extractable component-specific configuration data. The component-specific configuration data is extractable and processable at each component receiving a broadcast of the distributable multi-component configuration file. If a configuration change is desired in the system or in a particular component, then the change is made via the distributable multi-component configuration file. For example, the foregoing distribution and extraction techniques may be performed during operation of the distributed medical diagnostic system in response to a global or application change, such as different medical diagnostic applications. Accordingly, the present technique provides a flexible and architecture-independent mechanism for configuring components of a distributed medical diagnostic system.
