Abstract: Provided are a method and apparatus for caring for a psychological status based on biometric information. The method includes acquiring real-time biometric information of the user from a wearable device worn by the user, analyzing arousal and valence of the user based on the acquired real-time biometric information, determining a psychological status of the user based on an analysis result of the arousal and valence of the user, and generating control information including information on pressure control provided from the wearable device based on the determined psychological status of the user.
