  • Publication number: 20230281387
Abstract: A method and system for handling unlabeled interaction data with contextual understanding are disclosed. In some embodiments, the method includes receiving the interaction data describing agent-consumer interactions associated with a contact center. The method includes analyzing the interaction data to identify a plurality of features. The method includes automatically performing taxonomy driven classification on the plurality of features to generate a first set of labels associated with the interaction data. The method includes training a deep learning model using the first set of labels and the interaction data to determine a second set of labels. The method then includes intelligently combining the first and second sets of labels to obtain a combined set of labels associated with the interaction data.

  • Patent number: 11442975
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for generating abstractive summary. The method comprises receiving a query for generating an abstractive summary from a document and splitting the query into one or more lexical units. Further, a semantic graph and a graph index is generated based on a role assigned to the one or more lexical units. Furthermore, a measure of information is determined for the retrieved one or more sentences. The one or more sentences having a semantic graph analogous to the generated semantic graph of the query are retrieved from the document. Finally, at least one of re-ordering and re-phrasing is performed on at least one of the retrieved one or more sentences based on the computed measure of information and the one or more lexical units in the retrieved one or more sentences to generate the abstractive summary.

  • Patent number: 11120916
Abstract: The present disclosure discloses method and a critical event managing system for managing time-critical events associated with critical devices. The critical event managing system identifies time-critical events from plurality of events based on predetermined factors related to the plurality of events. The plurality of events is determined from first procedural sequences identified from procedural narration by a practitioner and stored protocol manual. At least one of missed and incorrect events are determined based on comparison between reference and observed values associated with critical devices. A revised execution plan is provided iteratively based on historical data, data provided by practitioner, first procedural sequences, and metadata associated with plurality of parameters.

  • Patent number: 11010180
Abstract: The present disclosure discloses method and guidance providing system for providing real-time guidance to users during troubleshooting of devices. The guidance providing system receives user input indicating troubleshooting actions on device, by user, where user input comprises textual input and non-textual input, identifies object in device associated with troubleshooting actions and state of user while performing troubleshooting actions, from non-textual input. The object identified from non-textual input is mapped with textual input to obtain mapped user input. Consistency of mapped user input is verified based on conversation information and domain specific content associated with device. Sequence of instructions corresponding to mapped user input, based on state of user and one or more similar troubleshooting actions, may be extracted from knowledge database.

  • Patent number: 10885045
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to method and system for providing context-based response for a user query. The method comprises generating current graphical structure for user query received from user which comprises one or more nodes corresponding to one or more words in the user query and one or more edges connecting the one or more nodes. Each node in the current graphical structure is associated with predefined indexing identification (ID) which is compared with predefined indexing IDs of one or more predefined graphical structures to identify one or more related predefined graphical structures. The one or more related predefined graphical structures are ranked based on number of predefined indexing IDs being matched. Based on comparison, system provides response corresponding to predefined question associated with related predefined graphical structure with highest rank. Therefore, present disclosure provides an efficient mechanism for providing context-based response to user queries.

Abstract: A method and system for providing dynamic conversation between an application and a user is discussed. The method includes utilizing a computing device to receive a requirement input from the user for the application. The method further includes determining a goal of the user based on the requirement input. Based on the goal, a plurality of conversation threads is initiated with the user, wherein each of the plurality of conversation threads has a degree of association with the goal. Thereafter, a plurality of slots is dynamically generated based on the goal and the plurality of conversation threads. A slot of the plurality of slots stores a data value corresponding to the requirement input of the user.

  • Publication number: 20180032884
Abstract: Disclosed herein is method and system for dynamically generating adaptive responses to user interactions. A response generating system receives user interactions including user queries from the user. Generic characteristics and user specific features associated with the user are extracted by integrating the user interactions with pre-stored conversation history and data from data sources associated with the user. Further, domain specific keywords from the user interactions are extracted for identifying the domain associated with the user queries. Personality of the user is detected based on the generic characteristics and the user specific features. Finally, adaptive responses to the user queries are dynamically generated based on the personality of the user and the domain associated with the user queries. The method aims at enhancing overall user experience and satisfaction in the conversation along with minimizing the total time required for addressing the user queries.
