    Abstract: A furniture piece includes a seat deck and a seatback. The seatback is pivotally connected to the seat deck so as to pivot between a folded configuration for storage and shipping and an upright configuration for assembly and use. A pair of arms are removably attached to opposing side edges of the seatback and the seat deck. Latches may be used to secure the seatback in the upright configuration and the pair of arms to the seat deck.
