Abstract: The invention relates generally to a system and method of exchanging information over a network, and more particularly, but not exclusively, a system and method of contemporaneously exchanging information between communication devices, for example, a mobile device, personal computer, or server. That is, the present invention particularly, but not exclusively, relates to a system and method of exchanging information between users' communication devices, wherein the disclosure of a sender's transmitted information to an intended receiver is conditioned upon the intended receiver's transmission of a communication or and/or other information in response to an alert of the sender's transmission.
