  • Patent number: 11982683
Abstract: A system for detecting bubbles and clogs by differentiating between the two instances through the observance of a pressure differential range over a specific time in an interior of a pipe having a liquid flow. The system utilizes a pressure sensor and a microcontroller communicating with the sensor to gather pressure readings to determine which one of the two scenarios are present when a pressure drop happens, through determining whether the pressure differential range over a specific time is exceeding a predetermined threshold or not. The microcontroller is configured to determine that when gathered pressure readings fall below a selected minimum acceptable pressure level and the pressure differential range is exceeded for a specific time, bubbles are present in the liquid flowing in the pipe while the microcontroller is also configured that when the pressure differential range is not exceeded with a pressure drop, that a clog is present.

  • Patent number: 11768142
Abstract: A system for detecting bubbles within a liquid flowing in an interior of a pipe. The system includes a system for detecting bubbles within a liquid flowing in an interior of a pipe. The system includes a pressure sensor affixed to the interior of the pipe and a microcontroller communicating with the pressure sensor. The pressure sensor gathers pressure readings of the liquid flowing in the pipe at the location of the pressure sensor and sends the gathered pressure readings to the microprocessor. A pressure differential range over a specific period of time is selected which when exceeded, indicates the presence of bubbles in the liquid flowing in the pipe. The pressure differential range is utilized by the microcontroller to determine the presence of bubbles in the fluid flowing through the pipe. The microcontroller determines a presence of bubbles in the liquid based on an exceedance of the pressure differential range from pressure readings gathered by the pressure sensor over the selected period of time.

  • Patent number: 10352866
Abstract: A system for detecting bubbles within a liquid flowing in an interior of a pipe. The system includes a transmitter emitting directed light through the liquid flowing through the pipe and a receiver for receiving the emitted directed light from the transmitter. The transmitter and receiver are affixed on opposite sides of the pipe. The system also includes a microcontroller having a modulator. The microcontroller communicates with the transmitter and receiver. The microcontroller sends a modulation protocol for emitting the directed light with a specified modulation protocol to the transmitter and receiver. The transmitter emits the directed light as modulated light based upon the modulation protocol and the receiver filters out all unmodulated light, correlates information on modulated light received from the transmitter and sends correlated light information to the microcontroller. The microcontroller determines a presence of bubbles in the liquid based on the light information received from the receiver.

  • Publication number: 20110302051
Abstract: A system for gathering, storing, and updating inventory and product information in real time from a shared, centrally located database through a software application, such as a browser based application. This method generally includes the step of collecting product and inventory data through the use of a mobile device. The transfer of information can be through a Wi-Fi hot-spot, 3G, WiMax or 4G connection or other wireless network. The information will be gathered and automatically transmitted from a hand held device such as a barcode scanner, RFID reader, and the like, to a mobile device using a wireless connection technology, such as Bluetoothâ„¢ technology. The gathered information is then transferred to and from the database in real-time as a user manipulates the information within the database. Data will only be stored in the shared, centrally located database. Access to the data by the user will be allowed through an interface, such as a web based interface.
