    Abstract: Systems, methods, and other embodiments described herein relate to cooling a circuit package. In one embodiment, a light detection and ranging system has a first circuit separated from a second circuit by an airflow pathway. An access mechanism may be positioned in the airflow pathway and configured to divert airflow around the first circuit and toward the second circuit via the airflow pathway until a package condition is encountered that triggers the access switch to a second cooling position allowing airflow to flow to the airflow pathway unimpeded.

In one embodiment, a method includes selecting display attributes related to a first layer of an image and a second layer of the image, and the first layer includes a symbol, the second layer represents a background of the symbol, and the image is associated with an interface to control a component. The method also includes oscillating, at first multiple of a frequency, between first values of the display attributes representing colors that are different for displaying the first layer, and the colors changing by a duty cycle associated with the first multiple of the frequency. The method also includes oscillating, at a second multiple of the frequency, between second values for displaying the second layer in parallel with the first layer until detecting a selection associated with the interface.

A detector can be operatively positioned to acquire spectroscopic data of the light emitted from the light source after the light has interacted with the optical grating. Using the optical grating, a temperature at or near the first side can be determined. Based on the temperature, it can be determined whether an object is located on the first side of the window.

An interlayer structure may be provided, configured to couple the first cooling structure to the second cooling structure. The first cooling structure, the second cooling structure, and the interlayer structure are positioned in a stacked arrangement and configured to provide a flow of coolant fluid from a fluid inlet defined in first cooling structure, through the interlayer structure, and to at least one heat sink feature of the second cooling structure. The coolant fluid is then directed through a fluid outlet defined in the second cooling structure.

The fluid chamber includes a primary cooling chamber and a secondary cooling chamber. Primary cooling fins extending from the heat spreader plate are disposed in the primary cooling chamber and secondary cooling fins extending from a base of the ferrite cooling plate are disposed in the secondary cooling chamber. The ferrite cooling plate cools the rectifier and inhibits or blocks electromagnetic leakage from the receiver coil from interfering with operation of rectifier.
