The nanostructure includes one or more antimicrobial components loaded into one or more carrier components forming a core portion. The nanostructure also includes one or more bacteriophage receptor binding proteins and/or one or more peptide sequences of the one or more bacteriophage receptor binding proteins attached on the core portion. A method for obtaining such a nanostructure is also provided.
