    Abstract: A lamp holder connector includes a lower holder having a bottom board with two positioning pillars protruding upward thereon, and an upper holder covered on the lower holder to together define a receiving chamber. An electrical terminal is fastened in the receiving chamber, and has a base plate with two positioning holes opened therein for inserting the positioning pillars therein, and a pair of clamping plates connected with two opposite side edges of the base plate and facing each other for clamping one end of a lamp therebetween. A top end of each positioning pillar projects upward beyond a top side of the base plate and then is pressed downward by an external jig to have a deformation and form a blocking eave so as to tightly clip the base plate between the bottom board and the blocking eave.

    Abstract: A lamp holder connector adapted for connecting with a lamp includes a first holder, a second holder, a connecting part, at least two buckling ears, a first terminal assembled in the first holder and a second terminal assembled in the second holder to electrically connect with the first terminal. Two opposite sides of the first holder defines two restraining arms. The second holder defines an accommodating chamber for receiving the connecting part therein. The connecting part defines an accommodating space for receiving the first holder therein. The two buckling ears are pivotally fastened to two sides of the connecting part. Two tops of the two buckling ears are matched with the restraining arms. Each buckling ear has at least one propping portion projecting into the accommodating space to prop up the first holder under rotating actions of the buckling ears when the lamp holder connector is disassembled.

Each lamp base includes a second upper holder assembled to the first lower holder, a second lower holder assembled to the second upper holder, and a second terminal received in the second lower holder. At least one side of the second upper holder defines a receiving groove for receiving the elastic portion. A sidewall of the receiving groove defines at least one fastening hole for buckling the fastening portion.

    Abstract: A connector soldered to a PCB has an insulating housing of which two opposite ends are recessed to form a pair of holding recesses, terminals mounted in the insulating housing with soldering portions projected out of a bottom of the insulating housing, a pair of supporting members mounted to two opposite ends of the insulating housing and a pair of supporting members. A bottom of the supporting member extends perpendicularly to form an inserting slice having a portion thereof punched sideward to form a projection. The positioning member mounted to the inserting slice has a soldering tail and a base slice having two opposite ends thereof bent sideward and then extended toward each other to form a pair of clasping portions. A guiding slot is opened in the base portion for receiving the projection. The projection can move up and down in the guiding slot to adjust the position of the positioning member to keep the soldering portions and the soldering tails level even when there is tolerance in production.

    Abstract: A hinge includes a first connector which has a hollow pivotal sleeve with a channel penetrating therethrough, a coupling flap and a locating strip spaced from each other in a parallel relation and connected with two opposite edges of the channel respectively, a resilient tube pivotally received within and circumferentially biasing against the pivotal sleeve to produce a friction resistance force therebetween, two second connectors fastened to two opposite ends of the resilient tube, and a fastening element for holding the locating strip and the coupling flap closely together and adjust a space between the locating strip and the coupling flap to further regulate the friction resistance force. So the first connector may be positioned at any desired angle relative to the second connectors by means of the friction resistance force between the resilient tube and the pivotal sleeve.
