  • Publication number: 20050190565
Abstract: This invention relates to a structure of the lampshade, mainly comprising an upper ring, a lower ring, a shade, two retaining rings and a support sheet. It is so designed that the L shape retaining rings will be stuck the upper ring and lower ring respectively to form an adequate gap for receiving the support sheet. The support sheet will be inserted into the said gap become a cylindrical hollow and adhered together at the both ends by a piece of two sides adhesive tape so as to constitute a complete lampshade. This improved structure renders easy and quick assembly and disassembly, saving in production cost and time.

  • Publication number: 20040151000
Abstract: Foldable lampshade frame structure which can be folded to minimize the volume of the lampshade. The lampshade frame structure is covered by a soft lampshade sheet. The frame structure includes a circular upper tray, a circular lower tray and several foldable ribs riveted on circumferences of the upper and lower trays. Each foldable rib is provided with a foldable and movable pivot head near middle portion of the rib, whereby the lampshade frame structure is easily foldable to minimize the volume of the lampshade without affecting the rigidity thereof. Accordingly, the occupied space is greatly reduced so that the transfer and storage of the lampshades are facilitated.

  • Patent number: 6672743
Abstract: Lampshade frame structure including an outer shade body, an upper and a lower trays and several support rods. The upper tray is made of metal rod having circular cross-section. The lower tray is made of metal rod having rectangular cross-section. The support rod is made of slightly elastic elongated metal strip. Each of two ends of the support rod is enclosed in a fixing sheath. One end of an upper fixing sheath is formed with a semicircular holding section, while one end of a lower fixing sheath is formed with a hooking section for respectively hooking and connecting with the upper and lower trays.

  • Publication number: 20030099797
Abstract: Lamp shade structure comprising a shade body and a frame body. The shade body is integrally made of fabric material and has a conic shape. Two ends of the shade body are respectively provided with a fixed fitting section and an extensible fitting section inbuilt with an elastic belt. The fitting sections are respectively snugly fitted around upper and lower edges of the frame body so that the shade body entirely encloses the frame body therein. The frame body is composed of multiple metal rods having predetermined pattern and connected with each other by latch members by way of clamping. A tray body is disposed on upper opening of the frame body to serve as a holder for bulb seat. All the metal rods of the frame body can be freely assembled and disassembled. After disassembled, the total volume of the frame body is greatly reduced to facilitate storage and transfer and lower the cost for transfer.

  • Patent number: 6561682
Abstract: Knockdown lampshade structure including a frame body, a shade body and a circular frame. The frame body is embraced with multiple arch metal frames handed in glove by multiple joints. The lamp stand is attached to the arch metal frame to stabilize lamp base and light bulb. The shade body is in fan-shaded rolled into conic shape which is made of soft fabric outside and hard paper material inside. The hooks are integrally sewn to the shade body across the top and bottom end where embedded with the circular frame and metal frames. The clips are spreading evenly across the shade body edge to embrace the shade body hence from the conic shape. The circular frame is made from metal, embedded with the hooks on the top end to support the shade body. The lampshade can be minimized to facilitate storage and transfer of large amount of products, hence minimize the occupied space and cut down the overheads.

  • Publication number: 20030067777
Abstract: The present invention is “an improved structure design for lampshade assembly” including a frame, several covers and few individual parts. The cover is in an arc shape structured by metal frame along the edge, which is wrapped with paper or fabric. The frame contains three crimp con rods in a triangular shape. The characteristics are that each individual cover contains two locks which situates on both top and bottom end at one side of the cover. Each of the locks contains a “C” shape notch which allow the metal stick to be embedded in. There is a joint attached to the notch, the joint is cleaved the metal stick, hence to allow assembling and demounting covers more effectively and efficiently.

  • Publication number: 20030002287
Abstract: Lamp shade structure including assembling buckles, shade bodies and a tray body. Each assembling buckle has a decorative board and a cooperative stop plate for interconnecting two adjacent shade bodies to form a complete lamp shade. The tray body is connected with all the assembling buckles to reinforce the entire structure for receiving a bulb seat therein. The assembling buckles are detachably assembled with the shade bodies to minimize the volume of the lamp shade so that the transferring and storage of a number of the components are facilitated.

  • Publication number: 20020159264
Abstract: Assembling buckle structure for knockdown lamp shade, including assembling buckles, shade bodies and a tray body. The assembling buckles include upper buckles and lower buckles for connecting upper and lower sides of two shade body. Each assembling buckle having a main body formed with two symmetrical arched hook sections. The main body of the upper buckle is further formed with a C-shaped socket on rear side. The assembling buckles connect the shade bodies with each other. The tray body has multiple links inserted in the sockets of the assembling buckles to reinforce the entire structure and form a hollow lamp shade for receiving a bulb seat therein. The assemblies buckles are detachably assembled with the shade bodies, whereby the volume of the lamp shade can be minimized without affecting the rigidity thereof and the transferring and storage of the lamp shades can be facilitated.
