In some embodiments, a structure includes a first dielectric layer over a substrate, a first conductive feature through the first dielectric layer, the first conductive feature comprising a first metal, a second dielectric layer over the first dielectric layer, and a second conductive feature through the second dielectric layer having a lower convex surface extending into the first conductive feature, wherein the lower convex surface of the second conductive feature has a tip end extending laterally under a bottom boundary of the second dielectric layer.

    Abstract: A display device includes a multiple of light-emitting elements and a multiple of driving circuits. Each of the multiple of driving circuits is configured to generate a driving current flowing through one of the multiple of light-emitting elements. Each of the multiple of driving circuits includes a first transistor, a second transistor, a reset circuit, a first control circuit and a second control circuit. The driving current flows from a first system high voltage terminal through the first transistor, the second transistor and one of the multiple of light-emitting elements to a system low voltage terminal. The first control circuit is configured to control the first transistor to modulate pulse amplitude of the driving current. The second control circuit is configured to control the second transistor to modulate pulse width of the driving current.

    Abstract: The LED lamp string contains a control device connected to a power plug through a power cable, a number of LED lamps through a main cable having a first port, and an auxiliary cable having a first plug. The first port of a LED lamp string therefore can be connected to the first plug of another LED lamp string. A chain of LED lamp strings therefore can be achieved in this manner. The auxiliary cable provides both signal communication and electricity transmission. Then by plugging a LED lamp string of the chain to a power source, the entire chain is powered. A control device of the LED lamp string plugged to the power source controls all LED lamps on the chain so that all LED lamps are turned on, turned off, and flashed simultaneously under the control of the single controller, thereby achieving greater visual appearance.

    Abstract: A multi-part apparatus and a data transmission method thereof are provided. The method is adapted to a multi-part apparatus having a master apparatus and a separable slave apparatus. The master apparatus and the slave apparatus are attached to each other through magnetism, and each of them has a wireless transmission module and a plurality of pins disposed on a side. In this method, a variation of the magnetism is detected, so as to determine a relative position between the master apparatus and the slave apparatus. When the master apparatus and the slave apparatus are attached to each other with a shift, a wireless connection set up by the wireless transmission modules is used for data transmission; and when the master apparatus and the slave apparatus are connected to each other with the sides thereof, both the wireless connection and the pins are used for data transmission.
