The method includes receiving a handover command from a network, in a case that a first information related to an offset time is included in the handover command, performing the handover procedure based on the handover command after the offset time, and in a case that a second information related to a configured area is included in the handover command, performing the handover procedure based on the handover command when the UE locating within the configured area.

Abstract: A method for a UE to perform a MUSIM operation is provided. The method includes connecting to a first network associated with a first USIM; transmitting a request message to the first network, the request message including assistance information to request a time gap for the MUSIM operation; receiving a first time gap configuration from the first network in a case that a type of the time gap requested by the UE is aperiodic, the first time gap configuration indicating a starting SFN and a starting subframe of a first configured time gap; and in a case that the UE receives the first time gap configuration, switching to a second network, while keeping a connection to the first network, during the first configured time gap according to the first time gap configuration, the second network being associated with a second USIM.

The method includes determining whether the UE registers to a first network associated with an Evolved Packet Core (EPC) network; determining whether to transmit a requested offset value for a paging occasion calculation to the first network after the UE determines that the UE registers to the first network; transmitting, to the first network, the requested offset value after the UE determines to transmit the requested offset value to the first network; receiving, from the first network, a configured offset value for the paging occasion calculation; forwarding, by a Non-Access-Stratum (NAS) layer of the UE, to a lower layer of the UE, the configured offset value; and performing the paging reception based on a first UE identity (ID), wherein the first UE ID is determined based on the configured offset value.

Abstract: A method for sidelink operation performed by a user equipment (UE) is provided. The method includes receiving, from a first cell, a conditional handover command that includes an indication of a second cell and one or more triggering conditions for handover to the second cell, performing handover to the second cell after determining that at least one of the triggering conditions is fulfilled, and applying a sidelink resource configuration that is stored in the UE after performing handover to the second cell based on the conditional handover command.

The method includes providing a polymer resin, melting the polymer resin to form a molten hollow parison, cooling the molten hollow parison to form a hot hollow parison, elongating the hot hollow parison, expanding the hot hollow parison by feeding a compressed gas into the hot hollow parison to form a stent preform, and patterning the stent preform to form a bioabsorbable stent.
