When the blood sugar determination unit determines that a measured blood sugar value is within a predetermined range, the information organization unit deletes meal information corresponding to the measured blood sugar value from the storage unit, and when the blood sugar determination unit determines that the measured blood sugar value is not within the predetermined range, the information organization unit holds meal information corresponding to the measured blood sugar value in the storage unit.
