    Abstract: According to examples, an apparatus may include a processor and a non-transitory computer readable medium storing instructions that cause the processor to classify files stored on a source storage into files for deletion and files for migration based on a storage policy and meta-data, generate aliases to link the files classified for migration to a location on a target storage, copy the files classified for migration from the source storage to the linked location on the target storage, and determine whether the files copied onto the target storage are identical to the files classified for migration on the source storage using a digital key. In response to a determination that the copied files are identical to the files classified for migration, the processor may activate the generated aliases and may decommission the source storage.

Optimal settings for PCMR protocol parameters such as coordinates, field of view (FOV), frequency/phase encoding lines, number of excitations (NEX), slice thickness, views per segment (VPS), and coil setting may be determined based upon the cut position/orientation of an image containing a vessel of interest, vessel size, length of the vessel segment, and heart rate. An optimal velocity encoding gradient (VENC) for PCMR may also be determined that both avoids aliasing and ensures an adequate signal-to-noise ratio.

    Abstract: A method and system for evaluating the cerebral circulation of a patient is described. The arterial network of the brain is partitioned into a plurality of different regions where each region is supplied with blood by particular cerebral arteries. Volume flows into the regions are calculated from the measured volume flows of the cerebral arteries using quantitative magnetic resonance angiography. The cerebrovascular circulation of an individual patient may therefore be evaluated for the presence of disease by comparing the regional blood flows of the patient to normal values as obtained from population data.
