  • Patent number: 11291200
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the application of a viable cell monitor to the cryopreservation of plant cells. The viable cell monitor is, for the first time, used in a method for rapidly evaluating the effect of cell freezing-preservation. The effect of a cryoprotectant on cell preservation is evaluated through the change in the capacitance of viable cells before and after cell freezing and resuscitation. Viable cell electrodes can provide a quick and accurate characterization of viable cell concentrations. Combining the viable cell capacitance with the detection result of 2,3,4-triphenyl tetrazolium chloride (TTC), a rapid and quantitative evaluation of the effect of a freezing method on cell preservation can be achieved, thus overcoming the low effectiveness and non-quantification of previous cell preservation methods. Compared with traditional methods, the method of the present disclosure can improve the comprehensive score of cell cryopreservation by 5 times or more.

  • Publication number: 20200181671
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for increasing the content of mogroside V in Siraitia grosvenorii suspended cells. In the method, 10-200 mg/L of a yeast inducer and 50-260 mg/L of methyl jasmonate are respectively added on days 5 to 11 of the culture cycle of Siraitia grosvenorii suspended cells, thereby increasing the synthesis rate and yield of mogroside V, and also reducing the amount of mogroside II secreted. The method is beneficial for the market-oriented and large-scale production and quality control management of mogroside V.

  • Patent number: 8785180
Abstract: A biochemical reactor involves an online cell examination microscope thereon. The online cell examination microscope comprises a main body, an objective lens, an observation entrance window, a sampling device, an external light source system. Said observation entrance window lies in front of said main body and the sampling device lies in front of said observation entrance window. An objective lens and said external light source system lie behind the observation entrance window in the main body. A reflector prism is installed between the external light source system and the objective lens. A reflector lies behind the objective lens and in front of the observation entrance window. An annular diaphragm is placed in front of the reflecting prism. A CCD or an area image sensor is arranged on the upper side of the reflectance prism.
