The base includes a rotating shaft rotatably connected thereon, the rotary arm is mounted on the rotating shaft and includes an illuminating member fixed on one end thereof, such that the rotary arm is rotated along the rotating shaft and supports the illuminating member. The adjuster is disposed on one side of the base and includes an operating portion, a first decelerating mechanism, and a second decelerating mechanism.
