Abstract: An electric fracturing operation system includes a water storage device, a fracturing device, a blending device and a sand mixing device, wherein the water storage device is a flexible water tank; the flexible water tank is connected with the blending device; the fracturing device includes multiple electrically-driven fracturing pumps; the blending device is configured to blend fracturing base fluid and storing the fracturing base fluid in a fluid preparing tank; an inlet of the sand mixing device is connected with the fluid preparing tank and a sand storage and conveying tank; an outlet of the sand mixing device is connected with inlets of all the electrically-driven fracturing pumps through low-pressure manifolds; and outlets of all the electrically-driven fracturing pumps are connected with a wellhead through high-pressure manifolds.

Abstract: A hard pipe connecting device and manifold system are disclosed that solve technical problems of existing fracturing pipelines, such as poor safety performance, too many connecting parts, inconvenient and ineffective connection between the parts, complicated installation structure, and difficulty to adjust the distance and the angle. In order to solve the technical problems, the hard pipe connecting device includes at least one non-concentric connecting pipe joint, which includes a pipe body and first flanges at opposite ends of the pipe body. The two first flanges are parallel to each other with a distance difference h, where h>0.

Abstract: The invention discloses a fracturing pump, comprising a cooling device and a control device, wherein a motor is connected on an shaft of the fracturing pump, the cooling device comprises an air-cooled device for cooling a rotor of the motor and a water-cooled device for cooling a stator of the motor, and the control device is connected with the motor and the cooling device, respectively. The fracturing pump in the invention adopts a structure directly driven by the motor, thus breaking the form of a transmission structure of a diesel engine of the conventional fracturing pump added with a transmission tank, simplifying the structure of the entire fracturing pump, reducing the apparatus mounted on a fracturing car, decreasing failure rate of the apparatus, and becoming more safe and reliable.
