  • Publication number: 20090056440
Abstract: Adjustable measuring cups include a housing having a peripheral wall having an open upper end, an outer surface, an inner surface, and a bottom surface. The adjustable measuring cups also include a platform slidably movable within the housing, and an adjustment wheel rotatably connected to the bottom surface of the housing. The platform has an upper surface and a lower surface. A plurality of connecting rods can be connected to the adjustment wheel, and can also be connected to the lower surface of the platform. The measuring volume of an adjustable measuring cup can be defined by the open upper end, the inner surface of the housing and the upper surface of the platform. The platform slidably moves when the adjustment wheel is rotated, thereby adjusting the measuring volume of the measuring cup.

  • Publication number: 20090018003
Abstract: Rolling pins of the present invention generally have a core, a rolling surface disposed on the outer surface of the core, a shaft that extends through the core, a first handle, and a second handle. The shaft has a first handle section, a second handle section, and a central section, and also has a shaft length greater than the core length. The handles are removably connected to the handle sections of the shaft. Preferably, the handle sections of the rolling pin shaft have locking features, and the handles have catches that releasably engage the locking features. The rolling surface is made from, or contains, thermoplastic elastomer. In at least some embodiments, the rolling surface can be a sleeve that slides onto the outer surface of the core and is secured to the ends of the core by end caps.

  • Publication number: 20070176358
Abstract: Document storage trays are disclosed that may be stacked in at least two different configurations including a “nesting” stack where an upper tray fits within the storage area of a lower tray and, in turn, is also able to receive a tray within its own storage area so that multiple trays can be stacked nested together. The document storage trays may also be stacked in a vertical configuration and the trays include appropriately placed slots, detents, bosses and legs for a stable vertical stacking configuration so that multiple trays may be stacked one on top of another and form a stable structure. At least one embodiment further enables the trays to be stacked in a cascaded form so that front edges of the trays are staggered laterally from the bottom tray to the top tray. At least one embodiment includes a built-in collating function so that each tray is able to receive documents from one of two different and perpendicularly oriented sides.
