A door is movable between a first position closing the face outlet and opening the foot outlet and a second position opening the face outlet and closing the foot outlet. A bypass passage allows air flow around the door when the door is in the second position to allow a specified amount of air flow to the foot outlet when the door closes the foot outlet.
