Abstract: A process for recovering a first mineral comprising the steps of: (a) providing a pulp comprising solids and water, wherein the solids comprise the first mineral; (b) adding a first depressant to the pulp; (c) subjecting the pulp to a froth flotation process to produce a froth comprising the first mineral; and (d) recovering the froth; characterized in that the first mineral is a sulfide mineral, and the first depressant consists of one or more dithiocarbamic acids or salts thereof of formula (I). A composition comprising the first depressant, and further comprising one, two or three of a collector, a second depressant and a mineral. The use of a dithiocarbamic acid or salt thereof of formula (I). The dithiocarbamic acid or salt thereof of formula (I) which is 3-ammo-1,2-propanediol dithiocarbamic acid or a salt thereof, 2-amino-2-methyl-1,3,-propanediol dithiocarbamic acid or a salt thereof, or N-phenylethylenediamine dithiocarbamic acid or a salt thereof.

Abstract: An applied top or liner for use with a chest freezer lid, including a body adapted to engage against at least an upper surface of the lid. The body further includes an indicia writeable surface for permitting a user to record contents contained within a main body the freezer. The body further exhibits a tray shape with interconnected sides for engaging against opposing surfaces of the lid. The body can be constructed of any fabric or thermoplastic composite laminate. Either of adhesives or rare earth magnets can be used for securing the top to the freezer lid, such that the lid can be removable for cleaning, sanitizing or alteration.

Abstract: The Christmas tree stand is a structure that supports a Christmas tree. The Christmas tree stand has a body with the appearance of a sled. The Christmas tree stand comprises a plurality of rails, a platform, a tree support, and a plurality of threaded fasteners. The plurality of rails, the platform, the tree support, and the plurality of threaded fasteners are interconnected to form a supporting structure with the sled appearance. The plurality of rails forms a framework that provides vertical support for the Christmas tree stand. The platform is a horizontal surface used for supporting objects above the supporting surface on which the Christmas tree stand rests. The tree support is a structure, which receives and support the Christmas tree. The plurality of threaded fasteners is a threaded fastener, which secures the Christmas tree in the tree support.

Abstract: A marker for a golf flag having a hub constructed of a flexible, resilient material with a central opening dimensioned to receive and resiliently grip the golf flag. The hub also has an axially extending through slot so that the diameter of the opening can be varied by flexing the hub. A plurality of elongated spokes each have an inner end attached to the hub and an outer end spaced radially outwardly from the hub. A ring is attached to the outer end of the spokes and this ring has a through slot aligned with the hub through slot so that widening of both through slots by flexing the ring simultaneously enlarges the central opening of the hub.

Abstract: A harness clip, for use on a child restraint system, which is easily slidable along the harness straps to facilitate positioning of the harness over a child's head, but which can be effectively secured into place relative to the straps when properly positioned near the child's chest. The clip generally comprises a base member for maintaining the two shoulder straps in lateral positioning relative to each other. In addition, the base member is movable relative to at least one of the shoulder straps. The clip further includes a securing device for releasably securing the base member to at least one of the two shoulder straps, to thereby inhibit relative sliding movement between the base member and at least one of the two straps. A method for securing a child in a child restraint system is also disclosed.
