Abstract: Therapeutic compositions and an associated method for improving a Toll-like receptor (TLR)-related condition, including determining a set of peptide sequences associated with a microorganism-related modulator of a TLR, determining a first set of binding parameters for the set of peptide sequences in relation to the TLR, selecting a target subset of peptide sequences from the set of peptide sequences based on the first set of binding parameters, reengineering the target subset of peptide sequences based on mutating amino acid residues of the target subset of peptide sequences, determining a second set of binding parameters for the reengineered target subset of peptide sequences in relation to the TLR, and identifying a first peptide for use in a therapeutic composition for improving the TLR-related condition, based on the second set of binding parameters for the reengineered target subset of peptide sequences.

Abstract: A portable, floating animal carrier system and method of use are presented herein. More specifically, and without limitation, this disclosure relates to a portable, floating, easy to assemble pet carrier system for rescuing a pet and/or animal and allowing the pet and/or animal to be within the confines of a container. The container floats over water in emergency and other situations such as during flooding, hurricanes, boating emergencies and more. The disclosure herein also includes, but is not limited to a portable, floating retrofit system, and related method of use.

Abstract: In one example, an activity feed server may describe events in a project by collecting events from across multiple services into an activity feed personalized to the user. The activity feed server may store an event set describing activities related to the project. The activity feed server may rank a mature event set from the event set of events older than a period matching a processing delay based on a relevance weighting for a user to generate a curated event list. The activity feed server may queue a recent event set of events younger than the processing delay in chronological order to generate a recent event list. The activity feed server may generate an event list having the curated event list and the recent event list. The activity feed server may send the activity feed having the event list to a client device for presentation to the user.

A file management service initiates operations to provide the move notification upon detecting the move operation to move the file from a source location to a destination location. A stakeholder is identified with an access to the destination location prior to executing the move operation to move the file from the source location to the destination location. After executing the move operation, a move notification is generated to inform the stakeholder of the move operation. The move notification provides information such as a description of the file, the source location, the destination location, and/or an identification of an initiator of the move operation. Furthermore, the move notification is transmitted to the stakeholder.

The relevant objects are selected from URI-addressable objects based on each relevant object satisfying one or more relevance criteria. The relevant objects are recommended via a user interface. A determination is made that a specified relevant object is selected from the relevant objects. In one example, the content may be added to (e.g., created in) the collaborative repository based on the specified relevant object. In another example, the specified relevant object may be used to represent a new object type in a new content menu. For instance, the new object type may be selectable to cause an object of the new object type to be created in the collaborative repository.

Abstract: Among other things, embodiments of the present disclosure help improve the functionality of electronic document management software and systems by generating customized descriptive version labels for electronic documents based on actions and events involving the document. In various embodiments, the system may determine and apply version labeling based on a file being shared, opened, presented, copied, or based on other actions and events.

Abstract: A mount point folder in a collaborative service library may reference contents of a mounted folder that resides elsewhere and includes actual files. File operations may be performed on files inside the mounted folder that may actually live across domains and changes to the contents of either folder may appear in the other. The mount point folder may be represented on the server as a file with .url extensions but in the client user experience, it may be represented as a folder. Mount point folders may be created at a root of a document library or within any other folder of the document library.

Abstract: Relevant files are determined for a user upon detecting a user action such as save, load, open, view, share, or comparable ones associated with a file. The relevancy may be determined through one or more queries based on, a number of criteria, where the queries are executed on local or remote data stores related to the user. For example, files on the local computing device of the user, files in an enterprise network associated with the user, files on a social network subscribed by the user may be evaluated for various relevancy criteria. Files determined to be relevant may be prioritized, ordered, and/or grouped for suggestion to the user and presented through a user interface of an application performing the detected action.
